4. Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking
We are committed to opposing modern slavery and human trafficking as defined in the UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015, in all its forms and preventing it by whatever means we can. We demand the same attitude of all who work for us and expect it of all who we have business dealings with.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own businesses or those of our clients, contractors, suppliers and other business partners.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Statement
Along with our industry peers and bodies including ISBA and the IPA there are six fundamental principles that we have aligned and committed to with regard to our use of AI:
We always use AI responsibly, ethically and never in a manner that is likely to discriminate, mislead or undermine public trust.
We ensure that our use of AI is transparent where it features prominently in an ad and is unlikely to be obvious to consumers.
We consider the potential environmental impact when using generative AI both positively and negatively.
We never use AI in a manner that is likely to undermine the rights of individuals, including impersonation, their personal data, IP rights, or sustainability of publishers’ and creators’ content.
We ensure we are supporting artists, creatives, and their industries.
We perform appropriate due diligence on the AI tools we work with and only use AI when we are confident it is safe and secure to do so and continually monitor and evaluate our use of AI tools and their capability.
We ensure appropriate human oversight and accountability in our use of AI including fact and permission checking so that AI generated output isn’t used without adequate human clearance and accuracy assurances.
