FAQs

Answers to common questions about our process, services, and how we work.

1. We already have an agency / in-house creative studio. Can you work alongside them?

Absolutely. A lot of what we do is exactly that. We're comfortable slotting in wherever we're needed, whether that's supporting an overstretched in-house team or collaborating with another agency.

2. We're a smaller brand. Are we too small for you?

Not at all. We've been there ourselves and we love collaborating with businesses building something from the ground up. If the work is interesting and the ambition is real, we’d love to find out more.

3. How hands-on are the Founders day-to-day?

Very. Simon and Rob are involved in everything, which is kind of the whole point. You’ll spend time with the people actually doing the work.

4. We need creative support on a project basis, not retained. Is that something you do?

Of course. Some clients come to us for a single campaign, a launch, or a specific piece of work — and that's absolutely fine. We bring the same level of care and commitment whether it's a one-off or a long-term relationship. And if it goes well? We're not going anywhere.

5. We're not sure exactly what we need yet. Can you help us figure that out?

Yes — and you'd be surprised how often that's where the best partnerships start. Give us a call and we'll shape it together.

6. What does it actually feel like to work with Three Floors Up?

Straightforward. Collaborative. Like working with people who genuinely care. We're not big on unnecessary process or over-promising. We just get on with it — and we're fun to be around.

7. We've had bad experiences with agencies before. What makes you different?

We hear this a lot. The honest answer is: we're a small, founder-led studio, so there's nowhere to hide. If something isn't right, you talk to us directly and we sort it. No layers, no hand-offs, no surprises on the invoice.
